We are looking for full-time registered, certified, and licensed trades in COBOURG and ORILLIA/BARRIE. Lakeland offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package. HVAC TECHNICIAN
313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic Certificate with a minimum of five years experience
TSSA Gas Technician 1 Certification
HVAC Service Experience along with experience with roof top units, air handler , chillers , furnaces, gas boilers, water heaters
Able to work both in a team oriented and self directed environment.
Reads and understands blueprint drawings and specifications
Valid Driver’s License with a clean drivers abstract
Additional tickets, qualifications and training an asset
Responsibility for safe and environmental work practices in all projects, activities, and operations
